Reporting a question

Under every explanation there is a "Report a problem with this question" link. It opens an email with the question already filled in, so just say what you think is wrong. Every report is reviewed, and corrections ship in the next update.

Case studies

Each case study has six items, one for each step of clinical judgment: recognize cues, analyze cues, prioritize hypotheses, generate solutions, take action, and evaluate outcomes. The chart tabs unfold as the case progresses. Items are scored with partial credit the way the exam scores them: plus/minus for highlight and select-all items, zero/one for matrix and ordering, and rationale scoring for drop-down pairs.

The adaptive mock exam

Like the real exam, the mock starts near the passing standard and gives you harder items when you answer correctly and easier ones when you miss. It ends once it is 95% sure you are above or below the standard, but not before 85 items and never after 150. Because the items track your ability, most people answer about half of them correctly; the result is your estimated standing against the standard, not a percentage.

Backing up and moving to a new phone

• On your old phone: Settings → Your Data → Back up progress. Save the file to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Files, or send it to your new phone.
• On the new phone: install RN Basics, then Settings → Your Data → Restore from backup and pick the file.
• The backup contains your answers, case-study results, mock exam history, flags, notes, streak, settings and daily goal. Restoring replaces whatever is on the new phone.

Daily goal and exam date

Settings → Exam Date sets the countdown. The plan card on the Study tab shows today's goal; tap the goal name to change it between "finish the bank by exam day" and a set number of questions a day.

Light and dark mode

Settings → Appearance. "System" follows your phone's setting.

Reset progress

Settings → Exam → Reset progress clears the answers, flags, case results and mock history. Make a backup first if you might want it back.
